NextVerve provides a limited warranty on eligible products purchased directly from nextverve.shop. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page
  • Coverage applies to defects that occur during intended and normal use
  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

The warranty may apply to, but is not limited to:

  • 4K Smart TVs
  • Air conditioners
  • Bluetooth speakers
  • Watches (electronic components only)

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. In such cases, coverage terms may vary and will be disclosed on the product page.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Refund (partial or full), at our discretion
